This Refund Policy explains how Courtix handles subscription refunds, duplicate charges, billing errors, and cancellation timing. It applies to purchases made directly through Courtix checkout flows unless a different written agreement applies.
Canceling a plan stops the next renewal. Access generally continues through the end of the paid billing term unless a different offer, trial rule, or legal requirement applies. Canceling does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, report the issue through Contact Us with the billing email, the date of charge, the last four digits of the payment method when available, and a short description of the issue. Courtix may request additional information reasonably needed to investigate.
Courtix may use Stripe or related processors for billing. Approved refunds may be issued back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by bank and payment network and may take several business days after approval.
