We want the product to be usable by more players, coaches, and families.

Courtix is working to improve accessibility across the website and product experience, including readable structure, keyboard support, alternative text, contrast, and clearer form behavior.

Current commitment

Design toward a more usable experience aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA principles where practical.
Review navigation, form labels, focus handling, color contrast, and meaningful link text.
Consider keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and reduced-friction form completion essential launch requirements.
Address accessibility bugs that materially block account creation, checkout, or core analysis flows.
Provide a contact path for users to report barriers and request assistance.

What to do if you encounter a barrier

If you experience difficulty accessing content, submitting a form, navigating with a keyboard, or completing checkout, contact Courtix through the contact page and include the page you were using, the issue you experienced, any assistive technology involved, and how urgent the issue is for you.

Ongoing updates

Accessibility improvements may be prioritized based on severity, frequency, user impact, and engineering feasibility. Courtix aims to review reported barriers affecting account access, billing, or core analysis flows as a higher-priority product issue.

Examples of current focus areas include consistent form labels, clearer error handling, keyboard support, readable structure, and motion or contrast improvements where needed.
